• Perform commercial and residential HVAC installations.
• Handle heating, ventilation, and air conditioning service tasks.
• Work closely with the team to deliver high-quality installations and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing technical development.
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach on every job.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up ability.
• Ability to work well with diverse teams and customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC experience required.
• Geothermal experience a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
