Role Description

For an infrastructure project, we are looking for a Work Preparator who can manage the technical and organisational preparation of installation activities. You’ll support projects involving various types of pipeline systems and ensure that planning, materials, permits, and costs are arranged so the field teams can start without delay.

This is a contract role for 6 to 12 months, with a possible travel budget for days spent on-site in Moerdijk.

Responsibilities

• Preparing technical work packages and execution plans;
• Creating and monitoring schedules and material/equipment lists;
• Requesting and coordinating work permits;
• Identifying risks and proposing practical solutions;
• Aligning with project management, site teams, and external stakeholders;
• Maintaining project documentation and quality records.

Profile

• Bachelor-level working/thinking ability (civil, mechanical, or similar);
• Experience with pipeline or underground utility projects;
• Familiarity with project preparation and field execution processes;
• Proactive, communicative, and hands-on mindset.
