ServiceNow Project Manager (German Speaking) – Frankfurt, Germany

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead and deliver successful ServiceNow implementations for our clients in Frankfurt, Germany. In this role, you will oversee project execution, manage stakeholders, and ensure ServiceNow solutions align with business goals. You will be responsible for driving project timelines, budgets, and overall success while working closely with technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, aligning them with business requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and status reports for internal and client teams.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and process mapping activities with stakeholders.
• Work closely with ServiceNow developers, architects, and business analysts to ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies, depending on project needs.
• Manage change requests, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Drive user adoption, training, and post-go-live support to maximize value from ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German & English (spoken and written).
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in ServiceNow projects.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, SecOps, etc.).
• Experience working with enterprise clients and managing complex IT transformation projects.
• Understanding of ITIL, Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate project challenges.
• ServiceNow certifications (CIS, PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL) are a plus.
