Field Service Techncian

Key Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and rotating equipment
• Diagnose faults and recommend solutions to improve reliability and efficiency
• Perform repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance
• Respond to urgent service calls and minimize equipment downtime
• Maintain accurate service reports and ensure compliance
• Keep service vehicle stocked with tools and parts
• Build strong customer relationships and represent the company professionally
• Follow safety procedures and complete ongoing technical training
• Support emergency service calls and additional responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Experience servicing rotary screw air compressors (oil-free and/or oil-flooded) required
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong mechanical aptitude; multi-craft experience is a plus
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and reliable
• Valid driver’s license with ability to pass drug test and background check
• Physically able to sit, stand, and bend for extended periods
• Willingness to learn and develop skills through training
