Technical Project Leader – Services

An international engineering company specializing in production equipment and processing lines for the agri- and feed industry is seeking a Technical Project Leader – Services. The organization delivers both complete production facilities and individual processing lines worldwide and operates through several specialized business units.

The Role

In this position, you will independently manage technical service inquiries and lead modification, overhaul, inspection, and process optimization projects. You act as the main technical contact for customers and regularly visit client sites in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.

You prepare quotations and cost calculations, coordinate service engineers (including on-site supervision when required), and ensure clear communication with customers throughout project execution. You analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions. Additionally, you manage your own planning and stakeholder communication while collaborating with internal and external experts to deliver successful outcomes.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree level (technical or technical/commercial preferred)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing or technical services
• Proficient in Dutch, English, and German
• Willing to travel occasionally
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Results-driven, stress-resistant, and communicative team player
