Safety Specialist / Safety Coordinator

Carrollton, TX | Construction & Electrical Projects | Up to 50% Travel

We’re hiring a Safety Specialist / Safety Coordinator to support active construction and electrical infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on, field-based role ideal for someone early in their safety career who wants real site exposure rather than a desk-only position.

Projects include highway and traffic systems, such as traffic signals, CCTV, electrical illumination, and light civil construction.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting safety compliance across live construction sites

• Conducting site safety observations and field engagement

• Working closely with crews on electrical and civil construction activities

• Supporting safety around equipment including mini excavators, telehandlers, and light plant

• Assisting with safety documentation, communication, and presentations

• Being actively present on site and involved in day-to-day safety operations

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in construction or site safety

• Experience or exposure to electrical, highway, or light civil construction preferred

• Bilingual English / Spanish required

• Comfortable working in field environments and engaging with crews

• Strong communication and practical safety awareness

Location & Travel

• Based in Carrollton, TX

• Up to 50% travel to project sites

Working Hours

• Full-time role

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

• Occasional early mornings or evenings depending on project needs

Interview Process
