UKG Consultant Role Requirements

• U.S. citizens only
• Extensive experience with UKG Pro WFM
• UKG certification is mandatory (specific certification not required, but must be current and relevant)
• Proven ability to step in and contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up
• Experience implementing UKG solutions, configuring and building out modules, and managing projects end-to-end
• Comfortable acting as both a hands-on consultant and a project manager
• Strong communication skills; this is a fully client-facing role
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Fully remote, based anywhere within the United States
• Exposure to full-scope UKG consulting work, not limited to a single module or function
