Who We’re Looking For:

• Technical Expertise: You’ll possess a Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, coupled with a proven track record of solving complex technical problems on marine vessels.
• Leadership and Collaboration: As the Technical Superintendent Offshore, you’ll provide expert guidance and direction to our Dutch team, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes safety and efficiency.
• Global Mindset: You’ll thrive in a multicultural setting, readily adapting to working with diverse international colleagues.
• Communication Powerhouse: Fluency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken) is a must. Bonus points for additional languages as you’ll be liaising with various stakeholders across the globe.
