We are looking for a Digital Design Embedded Systems Engineer to work on exciting and innovative Aerospace projects business in Munich. The business provides high end and custom solutions to the Aerospace sector.

Responsibilities

  • Design, prototype and verify activities for FPGA/ SoC solutions
  • Develop and maintain firmware for embedded platforms
  • Create and manage documentation
  • Test and debug embedded firmware applications
  • Develop hardware and software specifications
  • participate in code and design reviews
  • Provide technical assistance to clients and product development teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in STEM discipline
  • VHDL/VERILOG, C experience
  • Experience with SoC design (Vivado, Libero)
  • Working kowledge of version control systems (configuration control)
  • Space developent process experience (ESA standards ECSS) (PREFERRED)
  • Excellent knowledge of interfaces and communication protocols
  • High degree of familiarity with logic analyzers, digital oscilloscope etc
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Salary ranges for this role are broad dependent on experience.
