Hours: Mon-Thurs 12:00-21:00 | Fri 10:00-17:00

We’re on the hunt for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant (1-3 years’ experience) to join our high-performing US Tech, AI and Data Centre teams.

This isn’t your typical “build-from-scratch” desk. You’ll step straight into a warm, revenue-generating market with live roles, engaged clients, and active candidate pipelines, giving you the platform to bill from day one.

If you’re driven by progression, earnings, and the chance to specialise in some of the fastest-growing STEM markets globally, this is your next move.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll own the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, including:

• Building and managing client relationships across the US Tech, AI & Data Centre sectors
• Winning new business and expanding client partnerships
• Managing roles from brief through to placement
• Sourcing, engaging and nurturing top-tier candidates
• Advising clients on hiring strategy and market insights
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Driving consistent billings and growing your desk

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years’ experience in a 360 recruitment role
• Background in STEM recruitment (Tech, Engineering, Data, Infrastructure preferred)
• Proven success in business development and client management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A competitive, ambitious mindset with a hunger to earn
• Comfortable working US-aligned hours
