We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of this complex data centre build. The ideal candidate will ensure the project meets quality, budget, schedule, and safety standards while coordinating multiple stakeholders and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on-site construction operations and project delivery for the data centre.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with Swiss building regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and project management teams.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Report project progress to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects, preferably data centres or industrial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss construction regulations and standards.
• Proven track record in budget management, scheduling, and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German or French is an advantage.
