Would you like to take the lead in coordinating integrated annual and ESG reporting for a major industry player? Are you interested in working with complex ESG standards and implementing innovative reporting processes?

This company is at a critical stage in enhancing its ESG reporting framework to align with evolving regulations. The biggest challenge will be navigating a complex environment while meeting tight financial deadlines, optimizing data collection and consolidation processes, and ensuring full transparency and compliance with CSRD and other ESG standards. You will be instrumental in shaping their sustainability strategy and reporting structure.

I’m looking for someone who:

✔️ Holds a university degree, preferably with an RA/RC/RO certification
✔️ Brings 7+ years of experience in integrated reporting, sustainability, controlling, or related roles (Big 4 background is a plus)
✔️ Has deep knowledge of ESG standards, including CSRD, GRI, EU Taxonomy, CS3D, and TCFD
✔️ Is familiar with non-financial material topics (ESRS Framework)
✔️ Possesses strong expertise in audit, internal control processes, and financial/non-financial reporting
✔️ Is fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
✔️ Has strong stakeholder engagement skills to connect across all levels and departments, creating actionable insights and storytelling with content
✔️ Can support E2E CSRD implementation, from conducting DMA to report readiness and releasing approved integrated sustainability statements
