Job Title: Workforce Management (WFM) Lead

UKG Pro WFM Solution Consultant

An established UKG services partner is looking to expand its team with an experienced UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Solution Consultant. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, people-focused organization that values professional growth, innovation, and excellence in client delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead clients through discovery, design, and configuration of UKG Pro WFM solutions.

• Develop solution documentation, perform configuration and testing, and guide clients through the full implementation lifecycle-from discovery to post-go-live support.

• Facilitate project meetings, deliver client training (virtual and in-person), and provide expert troubleshooting and issue resolution.

• Maintain up-to-date certifications and product knowledge, supporting continuous learning and development.

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal best practices.

Skills & Competencies

• Proven hands-on configuration and administration experience with UKG WFM/Kronos Central.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Effective organization and time management; able to manage multiple projects independently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort navigating ATS, PSA, or ERP systems.

• Solid experience leading client meetings and presenting technical information clearly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in UKG Pro WFM implementation and support.

• Certification in UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping (required).

• Additional expertise or certification in Absence Management, Attestation, Universal Device Manager, or Activities is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated success as a solution lead or primary consultant on multiple UKG projects.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
