We are looking for an experienced Industrial Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within the industrial sector by identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing technical solutions to meet customer needs. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, offer tailored product recommendations, and ensure the successful implementation of solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect new clients within the industrial sector
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Provide technical support and product expertise to clients
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in industrial sales or technical sales (2+ years preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial products and solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
