Commercial HVAC Field Technician

• Northern Virginia (Based in Warrenton)
• AC Control

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Field Technician to join our growing, family-oriented team of 30 professionals serving commercial clients throughout Northern Virginia.

Compensation & Benefits

• $50-$60 per hour (DOE)

• Flexible schedules: 6:00 AM-2:00 PM or 7:30 AM-4:30 PM

• Journeyman license not required

Position Overview

This is a field-based service role focused on commercial systems. Technicians are trusted to work independently, troubleshoot efficiently, and represent the company professionally on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems

• Service Rooftop Units (RTUs), Cooling Towers, and Packaged Rooftop Systems

• Work on Liebert Thermal & Power Systems

• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and mechanical schematics

• Perform refrigerant handling in compliance with EPA standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience preferred

• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills

• Experience with RTUs and cooling tower systems

• EPA Certification required

• Valid driver’s license with clean record
