Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Finishing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing the final steps in production, ensuring products meet quality standards before delivery. Your tasks will include sanding, polishing, painting, and inspecting products for any defects. You will also operate finishing machinery and apply coatings to achieve the desired finish. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, technical skills, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sanding, polishing, and applying finishes to products
• Inspecting materials for defects and ensuring they meet quality standards
• Operating finishing machinery and tools
• Preparing and applying coatings or paints
• Collaborating with production teams to ensure timely completion of tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a finishing or similar role (preferred)
• Knowledge of finishing techniques and materials
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
• Ability to operate relevant machinery and tools
• Good communication and teamwork skills
