This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your expertise within a dynamic company in the renewable energy sector. As our new Wind Turbine Safety Instructor, you will play a crucial role in fostering business growth by delivering top-notch training programs to our participants.

Key Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role is to maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service while delivering training courses. Alongside conducting training sessions, you will contribute actively to product development and your personal and professional growth.

  • Develop GWO technical training and customized technical courses for the wind energy sector, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare training materials and facilities for various settings, including remote/online, on-site, or at our training center, ensuring all necessary equipment, materials, and risk assessments are completed prior to course commencement.
  • Maintain operational flexibility and efficiency while prioritizing customer service during course delivery.
  • Uphold elevated personal and professional standards throughout all aspects of the role.
  • Proficiency in English is essential, and fluency in Danish and German is desirable.

We are looking for

  • We seek an experienced Electrician or technical expert from the wind energy industry. You should possess substantial technical knowledge spanning pre-assembly, installation, service, or commissioning of wind turbines. Familiarity with modern instructional techniques is advantageous.
  • You must be willing to travel and demonstrate a customer-centric approach, dedicated to enhancing the learning experience. Adaptability is key, as you may be required to accommodate the needs of clients with short notice requests, after-hours training sessions, or on-site instruction.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience or qualifications in courses such as GWO Basic Technical Training modules, turbine manufacturer technical and installation modules, Electrical Safety for Qualified, LOTO, etc.
