Foreman / Machine Operator – Infrastructure Projects

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and organise a site crew on complex construction operations

• Operate and monitor specialised construction machinery

• Coordinate with multiple teams including welding, logistics, and preparation crews

• Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work on site

• Report progress and collaborate closely with site management

• Contribute ideas to improve processes and site performance

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a foreman, supervisor, shift leader, or machine operator

• Micro Tunnelling

• Strong technical understanding of construction equipment, hydraulics, or mechanical systems

• Natural leadership skills with a structured approach to work

• A proactive mindset and willingness to take responsibility

• Flexibility to work on rotation where accommodation may be provided
