Your Role: As a Software Engineer CRM, you'll be at the heart of creating exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Guiding and supporting customers throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Crafting and defining cloud-based CRM and marketing automation solutions through direct communication with our clients.
• Developing customized system extensions, integrations, and product enhancements, with an unwavering focus on Java technologies.
• Architecting and specifying customer data architectures, whether they are cloud-based, on-premise, or hybrid, with a strong emphasis on secure, Java-based solutions.
• Building and configuring Java-based interfaces to seamlessly integrate customer data into various systems and platforms.
• Designing and implementing streaming platforms and event streams.
• Creating and configuring automated tracking, insights, and campaign workflows - all with a preference for Java.
• Collaborating closely with customer teams, whether remote or on-site.
• Coordinating with stakeholders, including customer departments and IT.
• Optionally, collaborating with internal and customer designers to craft digital customer experiences, such as landing pages, email campaigns, app content, and more.

• A bonus if you're versed in frontend technologies like JavaScript, Node, and HTML5, as well as experience in web tracking and marketing automation solutions.
• A degree in computer science or business informatics.
• An eagerness to explore state-of-the-art technologies and work with customer data at scale.
• Ideally, some prior experience with enterprise CRM, CX, and automation solutions.
• Proficiency in both German and English for seamless business communication.
