What You’ll Do:

• Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors modules for our clients.
• Lead project teams and drive process modernization.
• Collaborate with colleagues on innovative projects and emerging technologies.
• Share your expertise through mentoring, webinars, and blog posts.

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience in multiple SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Deep knowledge of one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules (certification preferred).
• A strong desire to learn and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
