Service Engineer – Electromechanics

The Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer with an electromechanical background to support a leading manufacturing client in Belgium. This is a hands-on, on-site role delivering technical expertise, maintenance, and support for complex industrial systems.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electromechanical equipment
• Support of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) systems, ideally in pharmaceutical or food equipment
• Accurate and thorough documentation of service activities
• Ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues efficiently

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electromechanics or a closely related field
• Strong electrical knowledge
• OEM experience in relevant industrial equipment (pharmaceutical or food industry experience is an advantage)
• Proven ability to create detailed technical documentation
• Professional proficiency in Dutch
• Willingness to work on-site full time
