Job Title: European Sales Manager
Location: Flexible within the EU (Extensive EU Travel Required)

Position Summary

This role combines direct leadership of a regional sales team with on-the-ground engagement in hospital environments. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, decisive, and thrives under pressure. You’ll be responsible for driving growth across multiple European markets, working closely with clinicians, hospital management, and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a pan-European sales team.
• Drive direct sales efforts: regularly engage with hospital departments, clinicians, and decision-makers.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans targeting multiple medical specialities.
• Navigate regulatory, tender, and procurement processes across different markets.
• Structure complex deals, pricing strategies, and contracting agreements.
• Actively travel across Europe (60%+ travel expected).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, reporting, and operational excellence.

• Prior success managing sales across multiple European territories.
