Job Overview: As a Renewable Energy Project Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of our renewable energy projects. You will be responsible for identifying new project opportunities, conducting feasibility assessments, securing necessary permits and licenses, managing project timelines and budgets, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation. Your expertise in renewable energy project development and your commitment to sustainability will be crucial in advancing our renewable energy initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and evaluate potential renewable energy project opportunities in the Munich area, conducting market research, resource assessments, and financial analysis.
2. Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies to assess the technical, financial, and environmental viability of renewable energy projects.
3. Coordinate and negotiate land acquisition and leasing agreements for project development sites, ensuring compliance with local regulations and community engagement.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities, utilities, landowners, and local communities to facilitate project development and obtain necessary permits and licenses.
5. Prepare detailed project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with company goals and sustainability targets.
6. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractors to develop project designs and specifications that optimize energy production and operational efficiency.
