Job Title: ServiceNow Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and multilingual ServiceNow Architect to join our dynamic team, supporting strategic ServiceNow implementations and architectural governance across key enterprise clients. Based in Hungary, this role requires excellent communication skills in German, English, and Hungarian, and a strong ability to work with diverse, cross-functional teams across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and roadmap definition for complex ServiceNow implementations
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
• Provide governance and oversight on all technical development and integrations across ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB modules
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting pre-sales discussions, scoping sessions, and architectural reviews
• Design and implement scalable and maintainable solutions with a focus on long-term platform strategy
• Collaborate with product owners, project managers, developers, and enterprise architects to ensure successful solution delivery
• Oversee integrations with third-party systems via REST, SOAP, and MID Servers
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality assurance practices, and release management processes
• Deliver technical documentation, design artifacts, and architectural blueprints

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including 3+ years in an architecture or senior consulting role
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture, and integrations
• Proven experience designing and implementing ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, or other key ServiceNow modules
• Certified in ServiceNow CSA and at least one CIS (e.g., ITSM, HR, CSM)
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management principles
• Experience in multi-language client environments and international teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German, English, and Hungarian
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with clients in regulated industries (e.g., manufacturing, finance, utilities)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery models
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD in ServiceNow
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a plus
