Job Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on piston and rotary screw air compressors, multi-brand compressors (oil-flooded and oil-free), and refrigerated/desiccant air dryers
• Install new equipment as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and precautions while on site
• Provide excellent customer service at all locations and maintain positive customer relations while resolving concerns
• Work both independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently

Job Requirements

• Maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
• Willingness to travel out of town up to 5% of the time; hotel and per diem provided when overnight travel is required. Additional branch locations include:
  • Michigan: Grand Rapids and Detroit
  • Indiana: Indianapolis and Ft. Wayne
  • Ohio: Cincinnati and Columbus
• Experience driving flatbeds, pickup trucks, and pull-behind trailers
• Industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Air compressor experience helpful, but not required
• Ability to read and understand technical information (manuals, parts books, etc.)
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and excellent attendance
• Proficiency in problem-solving, process analysis, and troubleshooting in high-pressure situations
• Ability to walk, crouch, sit, stand, and reach
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Capable of climbing ladders, using lifts, and working at elevated heights when needed
