HVAC Construction Manager – Pharmaceutical Projects (Confidential)

Location: Project-based (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Sites)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Construction Manager with strong Project Management experience to support long-term pharmaceutical construction projects. This role sits on the client / owner’s representative side, acting as the HVAC construction lead and interface between the client and the appointed General Contractor.

The position is hands-on and covers the full lifecycle of HVAC works, from installation through commissioning and handover, within highly regulated GMP pharmaceutical environments.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as HVAC Construction Manager representing the client on-site
* Oversee and manage HVAC installation works from construction to commissioning
* Support and coordinate with the appointed General Contractor to ensure delivery to scope, quality, cost, and schedule
* Apply Project Management principles to planning, execution, reporting, and risk management
* Review HVAC designs, construction methodologies, and installation activities
* Coordinate closely with client engineering, quality, and project teams
* Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards throughout construction
* Maintain a strong site presence and hands-on involvement in day-to-day activities
* Support commissioning, qualification, and final handover processes
* Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement across the HVAC scope

Requirements

* Proven experience as an HVAC Construction Manager
* Strong Project Management background within construction environments
* Experience working on pharmaceutical / GMP projects
* In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems in regulated manufacturing facilities
* Comfortable working client-side / owner’s representative
* Hands-on approach with strong site involvement
* Ability to work effectively with General Contractors and multiple stakeholders
* Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
* Available for a long-term contract assignment
