Job Title: Freelance Cybersecurity PMO Support

Location: Barcelona, Spain (on-site up to 3 times per month)
Contract: Initial 6 months, likely extension to 12 months
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: Competitive

• Consolidate project updates across the Cybersecurity Portfolio into a single, accurate dashboard for the Portfolio Lead and CISO.
• Maintain the centralized Portfolio RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and escalate blockers promptly.
• Track budgets, invoices, and resource allocations to ensure projects remain on schedule and within financial limits.
• Ensure all projects adhere to PMO methodology, maintaining high-quality documentation and standardized processes.
• Generate reports and analysis for executive oversight, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.

• 3-5 years of experience in a PMO, Project Coordination, or Analyst role.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; able to track multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset: able to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Proactive communication: comfortable following up with technical leads and executives effectively.
• Experience with project management tools and reporting dashboards.
• Comfortable with on-site presence in Barcelona up to 3 times per month.
