Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (m/f/d)

A leading provider of SAP solutions, including S/4HANA, ERP, Payroll, Core HR, and SuccessFactors, seeks a highly skilled Senior SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Consultant. This company is part of a large global network of SAP experts and is committed to both technological advancement and social responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Consulting and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking solutions, including requirements analysis, system implementation and configuration, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP Payroll, SAP HR).
  • Project management of SAP Time Tracking projects, including planning, implementation, coordination with stakeholders, and resource/budget control.
  • Conducting workshops and training for key users, providing user support, and creating documentation.
  • Reviewing and optimizing existing SAP SuccessFactors time management solutions, identifying improvement potential, and implementing changes.
  • Performing testing and quality assurance to ensure functionality meets customer requirements and technical specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to analyze processes and gather requirements, effectively communicating with clients and validating their needs.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing complex SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) projects.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience configuring SF Time Off and SF Time Sheets.
  • Experience integrating terminals and SF Time Tracking with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (SF ECP).
  • Ability to work independently, lead client discussions, and provide expert advice throughout projects.
  • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
