Solar Project Managers

We're looking for a Head of Project Management to work for our client.
They are a dynamic and forward-thinking photovoltaic company that specializes in designing, developing, and implementing solar energy projects.
If you can demonstrate experience of managing photovoltaic projects then you could be perfect for our client and we'd love to see your CV.

Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of dedicated Project Managers, overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of photovoltaic projects
- Developing comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
- Managing and mentoring a team of Project Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration
- Ensuring adherence to the project schedule, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to achieve successful project completion

Requirements:
- C2 level German, other languages are a bonus
- Experience of managing photovoltaic projects
- Additional experience of managing a small team
- Further experience of photovoltaic technology, design principles, and installation practices
- A degree in engineering
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in photovoltaics
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to make critical decisions in fast-paced environments

The Package:
- Basic salary: CHF100,000 - CHF130,000 per annum
