Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product/service information in a professional and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

Resolve issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

Record and update customer interactions in the system.

Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred).

Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
