We’re looking for a Senior Development Manager to take full ownership of grid-scale battery storage projects in Germany-from land acquisition through RTB. You’ll play a key role in scaling a new development team taking instant impact with 6 projects already in varied stages of development.
What you’ll do
-
Lead BESS projects end-to-end (greenfield ā RTB)

Manage landowners, authorities, permitting & grid processes

Coordinate technical, legal & commercial stakeholders

Build and mentor additional team members
-
Focus on Northern Germany with frequent site travel
What you bring

renewable project development expeirence (PV/Wind required; BESS preferred)

Strong technical credibility + fluent German
