SAP Payroll Consultant – Drive Accurate & Efficient Payroll Solutions

Are you an SAP Payroll expert passionate about ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing? We’re seeking a skilled consultant to join our team and contribute to the optimization and maintenance of our SAP Payroll systems. What You’ll Do:

• Configure and maintain SAP Payroll modules to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Process and manage payroll runs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues, providing expert support to end-users.
• Analyze payroll processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain payroll documentation, including process flows and user guides.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll integration.
• Stay up-to-date on SAP Payroll updates and best practices.
• Participate in payroll-related projects, including system upgrades and implementations.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as an SAP Payroll Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll modules and configuration.
• In-depth understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Experience in conducting user training is a plus.
• A relevant degree or certification is preferred.
• Fluent German
