As our Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind groundbreaking railway technology projects. From initial concept to seamless commissioning, you’ll own the entire project lifecycle. You’ll design and implement technical marvels, orchestrate factory tests, and ensure flawless on-site deployment. Your expertise will be the cornerstone of our success, shaping the next generation of rail travel.

What You’ll Do:

• Spearhead the project management of complex control technology initiatives.
• Craft innovative technical solutions tailored to our rail clients.
• Mastermind the planning and implementation of railway safety systems using Simatic S7 and HIMA controllers.
• Configure our state-of-the-art remote control system with WinCC OA.
• Continuously optimize and enhance our core functionalities.
• Lead factory testing and on-site commissioning, ensuring seamless integration.
• Take ownership of project scheduling and resource allocation.

What You’ll Bring:

• A solid foundation in automation technology (apprenticeship or equivalent) coupled with advanced technical training (HF or FH).
• Proven experience in managing medium to large-scale projects, ideally within the railway sector.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and PLC programming, or deep railway industry knowledge.
• A proactive, organized, and independent work style.
• A passion for tackling technical puzzles and finding elegant solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills and a knack for building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and team members.
• Fluency in written and spoken German, and proficiency in written and spoken French.
