One of the world's fastest-growing eCommerce marketplace sellers are currently hiring as they continue to double in size year on year for the 10th year in a row. Located in Berlin, they are looking a Head of Data to take the Data team into the next level.
They are looking for a Head of Data to lead the current team and continue to grow it over the coming years. Ideally you are a strategic thinker and although this a more management focused role, still have the passion to get your hands dirty (technically) when needed. You will be responsible of an exisiting team of 7 Data Engineers which plans to grow to around 12 within the next 6 months.

Data Analyst - AWS, SQL, Qlik, Tableau, German, Munich, Digital Agency One of our leading customers, a state-of-the-art digital agency who create processes and solutions for a range of applications and customers are looking for a Data Analyst to join the business and strengthen the team. In this role, you would analyse data to create insights and help make the right business decisions for clients. You'd acquire data from a range of sources as well as maintaining databases and systems. Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical methods and generating reports is another important part of this role. As well as generating reports, you would also present them to the business and clients. The business is looking for someone with strong experience working as a Data Analyst; dealing with databases and SQL statements. You should also have an in-depth understanding of data analysis, statistics and strategies. Strong experience in AWS as well as BI tools including Qlik and/or Tableau is important, as well as having a technical background and understanding of software and web technologies. Experience in the automotive industry is a huge plus as well but not essential. You also need to speak strong German and English to work with a range of customers. This business utilise data science and computer vision in order to unlock value in geospatial imagery to protect clients in the area of property risk and condition. The company is made up of entrepreneurs with cutting edge successes in computer vision, real estate analysis, and risk analysis. Backed by leading venture capital firms, they have offices based in Silicon Valley and in Munich. They are looking for someone who has experience in building scalable data platforms as well as designing and implementing data ingestion pipelines. In this role, you would also integrate data from multiple data sources, developing cross-platform ETL processes. You would also work closely with product managers, data scientists, engineers and business users to define requirements and design solutions as well as building and monitoring the database infrastructure. The business is looking for someone with strong experience in designing and maintaining data warehouses or row and model tables. You should have experience in developing dashboards, designing models and data applications.
