We are looking for a self-driven intrapreneur who would like to drive your very own business plan with clear backing of a global recruitment brand that will give you the ability to infiltrate enterprise level customers by driving existing solutions & our new corporate solutions with options of a global delivery support.
You will play a pivotal role in the growth and scalability of the German business and work hand in hand with the business manager Richard Straub (https://www.linkedin.com/in/richardstraub1/) to drive customer growth and new business development.
As a business we are strategically embracing a remote working culture, but focus on keeping the culture and sense of belonging to a business that has a people-first focus. To do this, we believe that by employing experienced professionals within recruitment, that want the autonomy and trust to be intrapreneurs within Darwin.
Ultimately, this could lead to a wide range of potential career options;
- Continue to increase your own personal sales, independently and build your network and client base
- Continue to sell, whilst building and managing people and mentoring them
- Build your own business / brand under the Darwin umbrella
Each of these would be viable, based on your strengths and interests and motivations for your professional career. We currently invision the following career path:
- Lead Enterprise Consultant
- Enterprise Consultant Manager (incl. people/project management)
- Head of Enterprise Consulting (incl people management & P&L responsibility)
- Director of Enterprise Consulting (incl. P&L responsibility & leading Account Managers who manage delivery consultants

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?
- For you to develop partnerships with enterprise level customers and enjoy doing so
- To engage, sell and sign T's&C's with new enterprise level customers
- To map, key target customers across Germany that hire permanent and contract IT staff
- Bring on the jobs and pass them to our delivery unit (50% split received on NFI and comm's)
- Complete project plans with customers and network across businesses via referrals
- Have a passion for enterprise level business development
