Right now, we're looking for a heads-on Lead Developer with strong background in the web development to join us and lead the transformation of our client-side architecture.
Responsibilities


* Lead and manage a team of front-end engineers and providing necessary guidance, coaching and mentoring
* Build high fidelity and high-performance front-end experience in collaboration with the product team
* Architect the front-end framework using the latest tech stacks with scalability, performance and quality in mind
* Continuously improve our engineering processes, tools, and systems that allow us to scale the code base, productivity, and the team
* Troubleshoot, support and maintain applications/projects
It will be up to you to decide on the client-side technologies and how we manage architecture, design, testing, and DevOps.


You have…
* 3+ years of experience leading front-end teams to build and deliver high performing web solutions
* 5+ years of React.JS with Redux/Redux Saga and/or Next.JS with customer facing or internal web/mobile applications
* Ability to technically support hands on & guide front-end development
* Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, leadership, and project management skills
* Experience working in an agile development environment and test-driven development
* Good sense of usability and design
* Strong written and verbal communications skills

Tribia is making Interaxo, the leading Nordic SaaS collaboration solution for the construction industry with over 100 000 users. In much the same way as software companies use services like GitHub and Jira for managing and tracking requirements and code changes, construction companies buy Interaxo for ensuring that all stakeholders get the right information and data at the right time, and the solution facilitates traceable cross-company collaboration across all phases of a project.


Tribia has several teams developing Interaxo - and supporting components such as a Web-based 3D viewer and Mobile apps. The technical architecture is converging towards a cloud platform based on microservices, allowing the organization to evolve and change faster.

Technical Requirements Our SaaS solution, Interaxo, has been evolving over a period of 10 years. We are amid a transformation phase where we need to maintain operational parts and simultaneously implement newer and more suited technologies. We are looking for a Senior front-end Developer with:
* Excellent knowledge around designing and evolving front-ends using modern front-end framework and eco-systems like Vue, React and Angular.
* Excellent coding habits with a good understanding of Git, GitHub, CI/CD
* Excellent understanding and experience with design systems and component-oriented design using e.g. Storybook
* Excellent understanding of QA and testing approaches for single-page applications
* A good understanding of consuming, building and evolving REST and GraphQL APIs
* Good understanding of both back-end services, web, and mobile technologies and comfortable with attacking challenges at any part of a technology stack

* Excellent understanding of QA and automated testing approaches
* A good understanding and experience with a modern front-end stack involving Vue, Angular or React.
* Good understanding of both back-end services, web, and mobile technologies and comfortable with attacking challenges at any part of a technology stack
* Experience with a public cloud eco-system (AWS, Google Cloud or Azure) as well as in-depth experience with cloud-native technologies including container and Kubernetes.
Lead Software Engineer (BIM Data)

Tribia is looking for an experienced Senior Developer / Lead Engineer to influence and drive our efforts to further integrate and evolve the BIM Data module of our Interaxo product suite.
As a technical leader you will work closely with a distributed cross-functional team of developers, UX designers and QA engineers, and be a close ally (i.e. pain in the arse) and advisor partnering with both our CTO and the Product Management team in Oslo.


Our current BIM data stack is built on technologies including Node.js, MongoDB and Postgres, and is evolving to run both in the cloud and in hybrid environments. Our overall platform also encompasses a number of Java-based services and runs primarily in Kubernetes in the cloud.
Previous experience with BIM-related technologies is a benefit. More importantly, however, is a curious mind with a healthy dose of impatience towards processing bigger BIM models and more information faster; and an eye for extracting value out of this data and providing this to our users through our suite of BIM tools spanning web, mobile and architect & engineering design tools. Experience with open BIM Data platforms and tools like Speckle and IFC.js is a plus and equally experience with open source development in general.


The position is primarily based in Oslo, Norway. Relocations welcome.
