I am currently looking for a system administrator who has experience using Linux

Your Role:

▪ (Debian Linux).

▪ Software deployment.

▪ Security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.

▪ Troubleshoot issues and outages.

▪ Work in a team

▪ Be available, in the evenings and weekends if an emergency occurs

Your Background:

▪ Previous experience in using Linux as an operating system, preferably Debian.

▪ System security for example intrusion detection systems and data backup/recovery.

▪ Experience with networks (WIFI, LAN, WAN) and patch management.

▪ The ability to create scripts in Bash, PHP and Python, Perl or other language.

▪ Resourcefulness and problem-solving attitude.

▪ Good communication skills in spoken and written English, preferably in German

Salary 60k-75k depending on Experience (Linux)

Also will be trained to become a DevOps engineer

This is a remote position, however, if the server is down you will have to travel to the office so the ideal candidate would be based near Hamburg
