  • Hiring for growth. This is a newly created Product Owner position
  • Last year the software engineering teams grew to a healthy size and it has been recognised that more Product skills need to be hired to keep processes defined, priorities balanced, and projects suitably managed

Our search criteria:

  • Someone with a history working on tech products (we're not looking for a developer, but someone who can speak developer and appreciated developer team priorities, interests, problems, and opportunities)
  • C1 German language skills or better
  • A track record managing stakeholders at C level
  • Able to bridge communication between stakeholders, customers, and technology
