Site Reliability Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic Healthtech team. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems that directly impact patient care. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other engineers to implement solutions that drive system efficiency and uptime.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to identify and prevent issues before they occur
• Design and implement strategies to ensure high availability and fault tolerance of our systems
• Participate in incident response and post-mortem activities, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to prevent future incidents
• Work with development teams to ensure that new systems are designed with reliability and scalability in mind
• Automate deployment, configuration, and testing processes to streamline operations
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure systems are secure and compliant with regulatory requirements
• Continuously evaluate and improve our infrastructure and processes to support growth and scale.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability
