What will you do?
You will field technical questions from IT System Administrators and non-technical customers from the Medical sector. You will also work closely with Sales, Product Development, and Operations to oversee documentation and set build standards in order to help the implementation and commissioning of the product; and solve any possible challenges before and after sale.

What must you have?
* Good experience with Network Monitoring tools (Eg. OpManager,Netcrunch,Solarwinds, etc.)
* At least 1 yr experience as a Network Administrator and/or IT Help Desk
* Customer Service oriented/Great communication skills
* As an Advantage you will also have experience with: VoIP/Telco or System Administrator
* Very good German and English skills required, Customers will be medical practices
