Embedded Software Engineer / Technical Project Manager

My client, a leading global technology manufacturer operating in the Industrial Automation and Transport industries, is seeking a Technical Project MAnager with ab background in Embedded Software Engineering to join them on a permanent basis for their site in Baden, Aargau, as the company grows in 2023. With over 100 years of history, you will be joining a prestigious business with a steadily growing product portfolio.

For this role, it is important that you have a blend of Embedded Software experience (from development, through to testing and documentation,) and a proven track record of delivering successful technical projects in an Agile environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Embedded software development in C/C++
• Technical project management of a diverse portfolio of projects (agile software development)
• Support Customers, Sales and Project Management

Our ideal candidate:

• Master or Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or equivalent
• C and C++ programming skills
• Embedded Linux kernel (nice to have)
• Experience in development of safety critical software
• Good communication skills, and strong sense of teamwork and flexibility
• Proven track record in agile project management
• Speaks fluently German and English (any other language is a plus)
