Blockchain Sales Manager
We’re an innovative blockchain technology company building secure, scalable, and decentralized solutions for the future of finance, identity, and digital infrastructure. With a fast-growing product suite and a global client base, we’re enabling enterprises and institutions to harness the full potential of web3 technologies.
We’re now looking for a driven and experienced Blockchain Sales Manager to accelerate our go-to-market efforts, grow strategic partnerships, and drive adoption across new and existing verticals.
Requirements:
Must-Have:

3+ years of sales experience in blockchain/web3, fintech, SaaS, or B2B enterprise tech.

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, including smart contracts, wallets, DeFi, NFTs, Layer 1/2, and digital assets.

Experience selling digital advertising solutions, programmatic media, or web3-native marketing tools (e.g., ad tech for dApps, NFT marketing platforms, or token-gated campaigns).

Familiarity with how digital advertising intersects with blockchain, including data privacy, decentralized identity, and on-chain targeting.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, decentralized environment.

Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.

Passion for emerging tech, web3, and the future of decentralized systems.
Nice-to-Have:

Existing network in the crypto space or experience selling into crypto-native organizations.

Experience with tokenized business models, DAOs, or regulated blockchain environments.

Prior exposure to web3 advertising protocols, decentralized ad networks, or first-party data monetization tools.

Multilingual or experience working in international markets.

Technical fluency in APIs, SDKs, or blockchain infrastructure a plus.
