About the Role:
As the HR Global Process Owner (HRIS & HR SME), you will be instrumental in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s global HR processes, with a strong emphasis on Human Resource Information Systems and providing in-depth HR subject matter expertise. You will play a key role in ensuring HR processes and systems are efficient, effective, and directly support the company’s overarching strategic objectives. Lead critical HR process improvement initiatives, utilizing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively engage with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure strong alignment and buy-in for all HR process and HRIS changes. Develop and deliver comprehensive training and support to facilitate the successful adoption of new HR processes and HRIS functionalities. Act as a crucial liaison between HR, various business units, and IT to ensure all process and system requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Governance and Compliance: Establish and maintain robust HR process and HRIS governance frameworks. Ensure all HR processes and the HRIS adhere to relevant regulations and industry standards. Conduct regular audits to verify process and system compliance and proactively identify areas for potential improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field. A Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Significant and demonstrable experience in HR process management and HRIS, ideally within a global or multinational organizational context.
- A strong understanding and practical application of HR process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively within cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in German and English is a must.
Preferred Skills:

- Comprehensive knowledge of industry-specific HR regulations and standards.
