• Job title – SAP HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

  Currently engaged in the configuration and optimization of SAP HCM, with a clear strategic objective to enable a seamless transformation to S/4HANA by 2026. This involves modernizing core HR and Payroll processes, ensuring compliance (particularly with German Payroll), and aligning system architecture with future HANA-readiness.

  Key skills and Experience required

  • Strong experience with German Payroll systems within SAP HCM – 10+ Years
  • Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA, including support and implementation exposure
  • Familiarity with HANA system architecture and workflows
  • Proficient in Agile and SCRUM methodologies, including setup and facilitation
  • Capable of managing stakeholder expectations and driving process adherence within Agile teams
  • Proven ability to support change management and prevent reversion to legacy working methods in development teams
  • German Payroll Experience absolutely essential (3-5 Years)
