What You’ll Do

• Lead and perform composite wind turbine blade repairs to the highest industry standards.

• Mentor and train technicians in advanced repair methods.

• Contribute to process improvements for quality and safety.

• Manage repair documentation and reporting.

• Travel extensively to project sites nationwide.
