In this role, you’ll take the lead on servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and a variety of rotating equipment. You’ll provide in-depth failure analysis, recommend upgrades, and help customers improve reliability, efficiency, and uptime. As a trusted technical advisor, you’ll work closely with internal teams to identify service opportunities while delivering industry-leading customer support.

You’ll handle urgent service calls, keep your service vehicle fully stocked, and complete detailed reports-all while representing the organization with professionalism and a commitment to “doing it right the first time.” This position is ideal for motivated technicians who want to grow their skills, work independently, and contribute to a high-performing, team-focused environment.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong mechanical aptitude: multi-craft or technician experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license; ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Physical ability to sit, stand, and bend for extended periods
