ServiceNow Delivery Manager (German Fluent)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

This role is ideal for candidates with a strong delivery and project management background in consulting or system integrator environments, with experience coordinating complex ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects across multiple workstreams
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders
• Coordinate consultants, architects, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution
• Ensure delivery meets scope, timeline, and quality expectations
• Support reporting, governance, and escalation management
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices and methodologies

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience delivering ServiceNow projects in a consulting or system integrator environment
• Strong project or delivery management expertise
• Experience across CSM and other ServiceNow modules is advantageous
• Confident in stakeholder management across both business and technical teams
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written) is highly desirable
