Job Title: SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant
Location: Remote (Preference for consultants based in or near Turkey)

Project Brief:
Our global consultancy client is looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to support an ongoing HR Transformation programme. The role will focus on enhancing and optimising the Compensation module within SuccessFactors, ensuring alignment with global reward processes and integration across other HR modules.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience delivering SuccessFactors Compensation projects (configuration, implementation, or optimisation)
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central and module integration points
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Experience with testing, data validation, and end-user training
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills across HR, IT, and business functions
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in Compensation is highly desirable (not mandatory)
- Fluent English (both written and verbal)
