Construction Manager – Trenchless Infrastructure Projects

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee daily construction activities on site

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to high quality standards

Act as the main point of contact for subcontractors and site teams

Support the planning and execution of complex construction operations

Monitor progress and drive efficient site operations
What We’re Looking For

Background in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar
- Micro Tunnelling is a big bonus
-
Experience in trenchless construction, tunnelling, or heavy civil works

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Proactive mindset with a focus on safety, quality, and cost control

Ability to work in a collaborative, site-based environment
