The Role
As a Production Worker, you will be part of a hands-on manufacturing team working within a modern production hall. You will be responsible for assembling and welding plastic components used in technical systems, ensuring high quality and precision throughout the production process.
This is a fully on-site role in a structured production environment, where teamwork, safety, and attention to detail are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform plastic welding and assembly of technical components
- Work from technical drawings and instructions
- Prepare, position, and join plastic materials using appropriate welding techniques
- Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Operate production tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace within the production hall
- Support continuous improvement of production processes
Your Profile
- Experience in plastic welding (kunststof lassen) or similar production work
- Technical mindset with the ability to follow drawings or work instructions
- Hands-on, practical, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong focus on quality and safety
- Willing to work fully on-site in a production environment
- Dutch, English or German Language Essential
